Description
Portland Company facilities, April 15, 1937. In the foreground is the foundry building surrounded by casting flasks. In the distance are the two large Grand Trunk Railroad grain elevators and the conveyors going out onto the piers for loading ships to send the millions of bushels of grain brought in from Canada.
