Description
"Picture must have been taken from a point just below the south channel dam. It gives a view down the gorge toward the Great Eddy. Building at the extreme right is the old Lyon paper mill rebuilt for the use of the Savage Manufacturing Company. These buildings have since been destroyed by fire."
~Roland T. Patten, Custodian of Historical Views, 1929
