Description
Postcard of Browns Camps on the shore of Kezar Lake, Lovell.
The card shows the path to the Upper Camps, Brown Camps, built about 1896. It cost $2.50 per day or $14 for the week to stay there.
It later became Severance Lodge property. Brothers Harold and Will Severance bought the property, then Harold bought out his brother and ran the resort with his wife, Lucille, until the 1970s.
