Description
The backside of this photo bears handwriting, “1927 home of Maurice and Geniviene Dinsmore Whiting ME.” The property remains in use as of 2014, located on the south side of Route 189 (beyond the house in this view), the fourth residence before the Trescott Town line. The house origin is believed to date from the mid-19th Century.
