Description
"The Twelve Apostles" on Cottage Street, Sanford, circa 1910.
Nicknamed the "Twelve Apostles," these identical houses were built for employees of the Goodall mills. Even though individual owners over the years have made changes, it is not difficult to see that all were identical in the beginning.
A few basic house plans were used over and over on the East side of Sanford though identical houses were not always side by side.
