Since 1919, many hundreds of boys from ages eight to fifteen have spent their summers at Camp Winnebago on Echo Lake in Fayette.
Besides the sports, swimming, sailing, canoeing, hiking, and other camp activities, the boys sing.
In 1964, camp Director Howard Lilienthal, his staff and the campers recorded an album of Winnebago songs, written by counselors, campers, and friends of the camp over the years.
Jack Sterling was the music director and all campers participated in many of the songs.
Because of the size of the audio recordings, some of these items might take time to load on your computer.
