Description
This black sheer full-length dress, associated with Westbrook College, features shoestring straps and a small short-sleeved black georgette cape.
The silk overlay dress has a sweetheart neckline adorned with a rhinestone beaded design and a ruffle. It includes two sets of spaghetti straps, a seam below the bust, and side ties for a fitted silhouette. The hem has an elastic band (no longer elastic) to form a bottom ruffle. The dress closes on the left side with three snaps. An attached viscose rayon slip dress falls straight down.
