Description

Elizabeth Blake poses as Miss Bayside pushing a baby carriage for a photograph during a playground pageant in Deering Oaks Park. The event showcased the creativity and style of the doll carriages presented by each participant.

The Portland Press Herald estimated that nearly 200 children competed in the pageant.
