Otis and Bill, hunting and fishing guides in North Washington County, Maine, were photographed circa 1900 by John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) on a hunting and fishing trip that was to begin at Meddybemps Lake.
The photograph, which was also rendered as a lantern slide, is labeled "Otis + Bill (Guides) M[aine]."
