Description
In May 1923, Interval Road in Farmington flooded after the Sandy River overflowed. A car and a carriage could be seen navigating the waterlogged path. The heavy snowfall from the winter of 1922-1923, combined with torrential rains that month, led to widespread flooding across Maine.
