John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) photographed four unidentified men enjoying themselves in a rustic campground at Black Pond, Sedgwick, Maine; one man is holding a game bird.
The reverse side of the lantern slide is labelled "The Bunch - Black Pond." The glass plate negative from which the lantern slide was produced was stored in a paper sleeve with the notation "Number. 110A | Name. Group in woods."
