Description
Charles Goodhue drew the Portland homes of Richard Savage, controller of customs, and Deacon Richard Codman, a leading merchant.
Savage's home was built in 1763, but Savage, a British official, was mobbed in 1771 and driven out of town.
The Codman home was built in 1762.
