Description
This photograph, taken by John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) before July 1902, shows Philip J. Teele leaning against a rail near the paddle box on the steamship S.S. "Cumberland," which is underway. The "Cumberland" ceased operations following a collision in July 1902. Howard and Teele were en route to a hunting and fishing trip in Washington County.
