Description
John Brooks "Jack" Howard (1875-1971) photographed a view of Eastport, from the S.S. Cumberland circa 1900. The Cumberland ceased operating after a collision in July 1902.
The L.D. Clark and Son sardine factory appeared on the right-hand side of the waterfront, with part of Campobello Island, New Brunswick, visible in the background.
